| == Quest Overview and Walkthrough ==

| This quest, if done efficiently, will allow you to accumulate large amounts of Alternate Currency (Mhoire Coins, Colosseum Coins, and Olthoi Venom Sacs) in a short amount of time. In fact, it's the only quest in the game that allows you to consistently accumulate this currency long before you can enter the actual hunting areas that would reward you with them. You can receive 2 pieces of currency every 6 days for each character you have who is level 50+, and you can 'stack' all of that currency on a single character for maximum purchasing power (the keys are attuned and bonded however, so you'll need help or multiple accounts if you want to do this). All your level 50+ characters who run the quest will also receive 85% PxP, up to 90 million. If the quest is run with maximum efficiency, it should take roughly half an hour per character.

| The quest begins with Cara the Apprentice in Xarabydun.
| |
| | |
| To run the quest as quickly as possible on multiple characters, you'll want all your characters to:
| |
| | |
| -Have portal gems for Rithwic, Yaraq, Shoushi, Yanshi, Holtburg, and Xarabydun.
| |
| -Have Teleportation Devices (for the Facility Hub).
| |
| -Have access to a Tursh Totem at mansion.
| |
| -Have Aerlinthe Recall, a Portal to Izji Qo at their mansion, OR have another character summon them to the Obsidian Rim (There's a tie-able portal about a 10-click run from Fort Tethana) so that they can lifestone tie there (this latter option is best for 'runner' characters that will only see use every 6 days for this quest).

| A buff-bot may help for surviving the run to the Obsidian Rim Menhir Rings, though it's not essential.

| You'll also want at least one character with:

| -A portal tie to Tufa (Ignore this if your allegiance hometown is Tufa).

| -A portal tie to the Lugian Quarry.
| |
| -A portal tie to the top of Mt. Alphus, where Zalphoos has his shop.

| Of the 20 Menhir rings, each character will do the following in order:

| | |
| -Holtburg and the two menhir rings directly north from Holtburg, as a straight-line run in order, for 3 rings total.

| -The two Obsidian Rim menhir rings, recalling to the lifestone after each ring to save time, for 5 rings total.

| -Shoushi portal gem ---> Kara (portal on NE side of Shoushi ---> Lake Thrasyl Cottages Portal --> West Linvak Menhir ring, for 6.

| -Al-Jalima for 7, either via a portal-bot that sends you to Umbral Halls (Al-Jalima is in the East wing), or via Yaraq --> Khayyaban --> Al-Jalima.

| -Using the Tursh totem at your mansion, run to the Tumerok Camp menhir ring, for 8.

| Next come the very easy ones:

| -Rithwic crypt, for 9.

| -Facility Hub to Olthoi Legionary portal to Marae Lassel Menhir Ring, for 10

| And finally, the ones where it's quickest to have one of your characters summon for the others:

| -Tufa summoned for 13. (If you can't have a character tied there, run from Yaraq.)

| -Top of Mt. Alphus summoned for 14. (If you can't have a character tied there, use the Facility Hub orb to go to the Hammer of Lightning quest, which is nearby.)

| -The Lugian Quarry near the East Linvak Menhir ring, for 15.

| Then, proceed back to Xarabydun and turn in your Mana Stone with 15 rings lit. You'll be rewarded with XP and a 2-use casino key that opens the Grand Golden Chest and rewards you with alternate currency. You're done!

| If you want to accumulate the currency rewards on a single main character, log your main character off in front of the Casino chest. Open the chest on your character with the key, switch characters quickly, and loot the chest with your main character. You may want to disable Decal before doing this, so there's no chance of the game crashing and your missing a pull.
