That's a good idea, I had figured out earlier how to add conditional columns at the end of nonconditional columns however I was never able to figure out a way to add conditional columns between nonconditional columns without creating problems. The coords would look weird at the end and the more I thought about it I can't think of a situation where it wouldn't be nice to have the coords right there anyways so I just made it a fixed column next to the dungeon name. Leaving the coords blank (or if absent where it's already in use will just display --. The new syntax is at Template:Dungeon Table. --Tlosk 12:14, 14 April 2009 (CDT)

The naming of the title screenshots is going to make it harder to make changes.  How about naming them Titles/<server>/<character>.jpg, and then we don't need to reupload the others when the order changes?  For example, . --Widgeon 06:50, 3 April 2009 (CDT)

My Apologies for making a change to reflect how this quest was now. I will refrain from doing so in the future.
Thanks, I'm done for now, I finished a full backup last night and was cleaning up some case duplicates that aren't used.--Tlosk 14:40, 19 March 2009 (CDT)

I changed the color schemes on the skill pages, they were unreadable before. If you would prefer different colors that's fine by me. I figured it was most important to be able to see the text :D

Gotcha. I remember when they came out, just haven't done the new summoning quest (aside from when it was a live event), so I wasn't sure.  Thanks! --Atarax 14:49, 6 March 2009 (CST)

I'm using a program based upon David Simpson's code available at http://www.ugcs.caltech.edu/~dsimpson/. I started working on it a few months ago, but got distracted.  With the current exploration stuff, I decided to look at it againIt's still very much a work in progress -- for example, I just figured out which types of terrain are snow covered right now so that I could generate the snowy map.
Re: Wiki Questions
Hey there, thanks for the detailed reply! I was able to chat with Bob briefly in Discord as well, so I think I am fully up-to-date on the status of the wikiThe reddit discussions you linked were exactly the type of information I was looking for.

Here are some sample mapsAll data is fresh from this patch, and it should be nearly completeThe big ones probably are transparent where I don't have current data.
I was fairly active on acpedia.org making edits back in 2013-2014.  Looking at my contribution list, I have been able to verify that they are pretty much all merged with the current wikia/fandom contentThat is good because my main aim was always to contribute for the community.  I'm in the process of getting back into the game, so any edits I make going forward will be on fandomAlthough, I will most certainly be using acpedia.org for browsing/reading purposes.

My own story is actually fairly similar to the AC wiki.  I was an admin on the Dragon Quest Wiki on wikia back in 2009-2010.  In 2010, we decided to go independent due changes being forced by wikia.  That is when I created dragon-quest.org and ported everything over. I still run the site today and am part of NIWA which is an organization to foster collaboration among independently hosted wikis.  So I can identify with the challenges and decisions that you have had to make over the years.  I still very much dislike wikia/fandom, but I admit that if I do get hit by a bus, the Dragon Quest wiki is probably in trouble.    --Pagoda (talk) 01:59, July 28, 2019 (UTC)

Yes, I recreated all of the content for Neftet that was recently released to Coldeve and the Drunkenfell ACE servers. The content is also in the works for GDLE conversion. To answer your question, I studied the data for several months, watched numerous videos on several of the quests to jog my personal memory and meticulously re-created everything as perfect as humanly possible according to PCAP data. What changed was mostly quest rewards as Legendary Tokens were phased out, and several videos confirm the updated rewards.

They were outdated both here and acpedia. I also reflected these changes at acpedia. I hope this answers your question! Feel free to message in in Discord in the ACE channel under Drid#4917 in the contributor channel, or the LSD channel under content contributor. All of us in the AC community appreciate your diligence and efforts in maintaining these wiki's! Since the content is "fresh" again, I felt it deserved to be corrected as players will be coming here now that the content is available once more!

Hi. Can you tell me if there is a way to get around the problem of image files named with a lowercase I. When I try to create an {{Item Table]] for patch trees it just shows red tags. Thanks --Tiger1986 08:02, 4 April 2009 (CDT)

Hey there, thanks for the detailed reply! I was able to chat with Bob briefly in Discord as well, so I think I am fully up-to-date on the status of the wiki. The reddit discussions you linked were exactly the type of information I was looking for.
