- Despite the description saying you must use this manual "on" a bow, you simply activate this item in your pack while the Shadowfire Isparian Crossbow is in your pack to convert it to a Shadowfire Isparian Bow.
- Despite having "unlimited" uses, this book will be consumed by the conversion process. To create a second bow, you must obtain both a second manual, and a second crossbow.
- The Shadowfire Isparian Bow was available in retail but became unobtainable in Master of Arms.
