- Found inside an Ancient Chest inside a bunker in the Graveyard of Despair (65.6S, 43.9W).
- Give the Seal to the Master's Sentinel Statue north of Neydisa Castle to be portaled in Lord Rytheran's Private Sanctum.
- Note: Once you have turned the Seal into the statue once from then on all you have to do is use the statue to be teleported. You won't need the Seal again on repeats of the quest.
