DeathTail is summoned by giving Lo Shoen's Rat Bait to a Rat Burrow in the Graveyard.
Accompanied by a hoard of Blood Curse Rats and Grave Rats that respawn very quickly when killed, these all die when Deathtail dies.
Critical Strike and Crippling Blow weapons are vastly superior to Armor Rending.
Note the spelling of his name in game is "DeathTail" and not "Death Tail" or "Deathtail."
