Located at 68.0S 62.2W on the south side of the Obsidian Plains. The Dangerous Portal mansion statue drops you nearby (1 of 3). The Tusker mansion statue can also drop you reasonably close (1 of 3).
Blighted Bane Grievvers across the Obsidian Plains drop Blighted Mana Crystals, which can be given to the Obsidian Node Golem (need 10) for XP or to the Obsidian Gateway (need 20) to access the Blight Lord's Lair.

Trivia Edit

You could once hand Blighted Mana Crystals directly to the pyramid to activate it. See T'thuun Tainted Ley Lines for more information.

The pyramid's light is strengthening, but there will be a long way to go before it is restored. It has not yet reached half strength.
