  1. Use the gem in an open space to summon a portal to the Mukkir Nest.
  2. The dungeon holds Barbaric Mukkir in thin spawns (singles, doubles).
  3. At the end you will find the boss Mukkir, the Barbaric Mukkir Nest-lord.
  4. Kill it, and loot the Barbaric Mukkir Nest-lord's Head from his corpse. He drops 1 per kill and respawns every five minutes. Each person will need a head to be rewarded.
  5. Bring the head to Qath al-Haddash at 74.2S, 19.2E in Qalaba'r for your rewards.
