- This should be joined with the Heart of Shadow.
- A magical shard obtained from the Virindi, containing the essence of the unknowable.

- Found on the floor in the final room of the Upper Chakron Flux dungeon.
- Combine with the Heart of Shadow to create the Dark Singularity, used in the Sword of Lost Hope Quest.
- Pickup timer: 30 minutes.
- Give to the Chosen of Asheron at Cragstone, Hebian-To, or Zaikhal for an interaction:
