Crafted from a Hoary Mattekar Hide by Yi Yo-Jin in Neydisa Castle.
Can be exchanged for a Hoary Mattekar Over-robe by handing it back to Yi Yo-Jin or by handing it to Gillian the Poacher in Bandit Castle.
