Collect rare trophies on Freebooter Isle and Moarsman City for the Factions.
Celestial Hand - Speak to Narthran Two-Blades in the Celestial Hand Stronghold in the south Throne room.
Eldrytch Web - Speak to Hiro Sawatogo in the Eldrytch Web Stronghold in the south Throne room.
Radiant Blood - Speak to Marek al-Evv in the Radiant Blood Stronghold in the south Throne room.
Speculation is rampant whether this quest is functioning as intended, and exactly what was meant by rare creatures, do they spawn when others are killed like Dark Isle, are they rare landscape spawns like the boss creatures on Singularity Caul? Currently there are no reported sightings at either island.
