  2. Use the gem in an open space to summon a portal to the Gold Hill Ruins, a location outside on a hill at 21.2N, 12.6W
  3. It is a safe drop. On the hill, in between the ruins, lots of Sclavus spawn: Chomu Sclavus, Faisi Sclavus, Aste Sclavus Lord, Essa Sclavus Lord
  4. On the ground, at 21.0N 12.7W, you find a Large Golden Coin (Attuned, Bonded), it is a one time item
  5. Give the Coin to a Beggar, such as Binthura the Beggar in Dryreach
  6. She will give you a Serpent Ring, and a Philanthropist Title Token which can be turned in at the Bestowers' Guild of Dereth in Eastham, Lin, or Qalaba'r for the title of Philanthropist.

Lore & Dialog

When you pick up Coin:
A small green snake which is coiled around the coin grips it covetously and flicks its tongue at you.
"My coin will not fulfill the ache of wretched greed. My curse on those who take my coin and mistake that ache with need."

You give Binthura the Beggar Large Golden Coin.
Binthura the Beggar tells you, "Thank you stranger! I can get a good meal and a hot bath with this!"
The snake sighs and uncoils from the coin.
"You have lifted the curse. Finally, I may rest." The small snake coils in on itself biting its tail.
Binthura the Beggar gives you Serpent Ring.
Binthura the Beggar tells you, "Here, a small token of my gratitude."
Binthura the Beggar gives you Philanthropist Title Token.

You give Eluard the Namer Philanthropist Title Token.
Eluard the Namer tells you, "This token is filthy! Well, I guess that proves it's from one of the beggars."
Attention, all! Let it be known that <player name> has proven worthy to be called a Philanthropist!
