After completing the quest, you will no longer have access to the dungeon. On the drop level there are levers that don't actually do anything. Warning: You must pick up the correct item after killing the Gate Watcher depending on the faction you belong to, if you pick up the wrong one you will have to repeat the quest after your timer has expired.
