Portal Years
Portal Year (P.Y., PY) is the system of year numbering used by Isparians on Dereth. 0 P.Y. is marked with the death of The One Queen. The game opened up in Leafcull, 10 P.Y. (November 1999).
Note that the portal year (and the months and dates) displayed on the in-game calendar is incorrect. For more information, see Continuity: In-Game Calendar. To convert between real world months/years and Portal Years, see Patches.
