1. Mindorla will give you Letter to Celcynd (Mindorla) to take to her old trading partner Celcynd the Dour.
2. Go to Celcynd who is currently found inside the Rithwic tavern at 10.7N, 58.1E.
3. Hand him the letter for your rewards.
