| Digero has an icon browser that's very nice and he has the source available [http://decal.acasylum.com/icon_browser.php here]. I made a tool that merges the base icons with the background of your choice, and lets you adjust properties like elemental and magic outlines. I've been meaning to make it available but have been adding features faster than I have been polishing it. Later tonight I'll make a link to the most recent version [[Wiki Swiss Tool|here]].
