This is a single item set bonus that is found on most Rare Weapons and Armor following the Shedding Skin update. Weapons can be leveled 50 times at 2 billion per level. Hold the weapon while completing quests or handing in xp items to earn xp in addition to hunting with the weapon. It is uncertain how these interact when wielding more than one item (below spells are true for a single item).
