Virindi Paradox can be found in the Valley of Death.
Fixed spawns can also be found in the Whispering Caverns, Harraag's Hideout and the Monouga Laboratory (150+).
The item reward is a piece of the Scepter of the Portal Currents (Candeth Keep recall wand).
