Overview
Walkthrough & Notes
- Start by heading to Baishi. Nab a Sake from the local bar, then head to the Drunken Madman (53S, 61W) and give him the Sake and take the portal that he summons. Then just run to the Propylaeum at 31.6S, 74.2W. A good idea to avoid making everyone run and get confused is to have someone head out ahead of time or use the Mount Lethe Recall spell and head to the Sclavus Cathedral at 33.5S, 80.1W and tie to the exit portal inside.
- Take the tunnel ahead of you and take the right turn. Jump on down the hole you come to, and make sure you get out of the acid pool before you get hurt. Take the WEST passage, and form a line at the Chest. Everyone needs a Hammer of Acid from this chest. Once everyone has their Hammer, take the SOUTH passage from the room with the Acid pool. Head along the halls until you reach a large room with two portals. Split into 2 groups here.
- If there is more than 1 fellowship, a good idea would be to assign group leaders both from the same fellowship. After the groups are split up and leaders assigned if needed, one group goes into the Upper portion, the other group goes into the Lower portion.
- Both groups should stay in communication the whole time on when they are at doors/levers and if doors are opened. All of the following is considering both groups stay in constant communication of progress to make sure nobody gets stuck anywhere.
- Steps for the group in the Lower section:
- Head forward and at the intersection head SOUTH into the room with an acid pool, hit the button on the wall inside (Partially hard to see from the hall).
- Head back to the intersection and head WEST to a door. (Ignore the path that turns off to the EAST)
- Once the door opens, hit the lever inside and head back to the intersection at the beginning, then head NORTH and take the first left.
- When the other group is ready, hit this lever and continue on NORTH, turning left at the fork. In the next room head through the NORTH exit and follow the path to the next door. (Ignore the path that heads off to the EAST)
- After you get through the next door, continue on SOUTH to the pit. Angle your camera to see the door directly below you. (Example of camera angle)
- Once the door opens, jump down and run through the door, then take a left at the fork.
- In the first room you come to is a set of blight and dispel traps, jump to one side of the room and then through the next hallway. Rebuff if needed. (The first jump into the room.) (The second jump out of the room.)
- In the next large room, take the NORTH exit once the door opens. Work your way around to the doorway, and jump through to avoid the trap there. (The jump through the doorway.) Use your hammer on the Prism of Acid like a chest and key.
- Once everyone in the group has a Fragment of the Acid Prism, head on through the door you came through on the SOUTH side of the room and take the EAST exit and the portal at the end.
- Steps for the group in the Upper section:
- Run ahead of you and through the small passage to the first door. When it opens, run in and take the EAST exit, turning left at the fork.
- Hit the lever in the room and head back WEST into the larger room, then take the SOUTH exit. Don't stand too close to the door, as the acid pool will hurt you through it.
- Once the door opens, run through the pool and head NORTH at the intersection.
- When you get past the door, take the NORTH exit from the room. Hit the lever inside and head back. Take the WEST exit from the room.
- Head up the stairs and into the next room. Take the SOUTH exit and the first right. Hit the lever there once the other group reaches the pit.
- After the other group is through the pit door, run EAST to the grate room.
- From where you are, jump SOUTHEAST into the corner of the grates sticking upward. After that, jump over to the lever and wait there.
- Once the other group reaches their final door, after the room with the traps, hit this lever and wait here.
- As the other group gathers their prisms, this group may gather their bracelets from the room EAST of the lever (jump across to it). Do not exit the portal yet.
- Once all prisms are collected in the other group, if the door is closed for them hit the lever, then head on through the portal in the room with the bracelet.
- If anyone falls in the grate room, the following must occur:
- The person(s) who fell hits the lever under the grates (Nobody should jump down for this unless help is needed to kill).
- Someone in the Lower section runs out of the prism room (hit the lever on top of the grates if the door is closed) and on through the SOUTH exit of the room.
- The person in the lower section hits the lever at the end of this passage and then runs back to the prism room (or through the portal).
- The person(s) who fell run through the exit of the room under the grates and through the passage to an open door, from here the rest should be familiar.
- When you exit you will need to run back to the Propylaeum. You will be dropped at the location where the Essence used to be when you take the exit portal.
- Repeat the entire dungeon with a reversed group setup in order to get everyone a Ebuillant Bracelet and Prism.
- Go to any Agent of the Arcanum and turn in the Prism for your reward. The Writs are only awarded for the first Prism that you hand in of each type, after that you only get the Craftable Prism and the XP.
