Question Title: | Remote Vendors: Any global changes coming? |
Category: | Economy |
Question: | There are a good number of vendors scattered about the land. From the lonely Archmage, to blacksmiths and the like. Sometimes gathered in clumps of 2-3 but just as often alone. Most of these vendors are nice table dressing, but of low utility. They often have limits on what they buy/sell that are well beyond what you find in towns. Any plans to change them? Give them a fuller stock of items, and have them buy at reasonable (that does not mean AB) prices? With the popularity of some towns due to their pricing, this might be a sound way to get people to fan out a little. Is there any reason from within the story that causes the remote vendors to be of such low utility? Many have been around for a year, you'd think their clientel would start to settle around a few of them and create the semblance of a town... :) |
