If you are looking for high impact things to contribute to, browse popular pages and look for ones that can be improved. There are also many pages that are empty or need more content. There are also articles that are linked to but don't exist yet. There are dungeons that need maps.

Some rough estimates for completeness in some of the more important categories:

Creatures: 1,469 of 2,079 possible.
Patches: 25 of 109 are reasonably complete.
Quests: 458 of approx. 700 possible.
Items: 2,480 of approx. 8,000.
Settlements: 0 of approx. ???.
Rares: 243 of approx. 300.
NPCs: 800 of approx. 1200.
Titles: 332 of 333 currently available titles have quest information

Our Crafting articles (Alchemy, Cooking, Fletching, Tinkering, and Dyeing) are progressing but still have room for improvement.
