Walk Through

Go to 91.8S 92.7W, and clear the area underneath the Shadow Spire.
Kill the mobs that spawn, and eventually, 3 Shadow Lieutenants will spawn:
Kill all 3 and then enter the portal that spawns at 91.7S 92.7W.
Climb the stairs to the top of the tower, where you'll find Captain Faalx.
When Captain Faalx is killed, a portal to the Spires Head opens above you on the ceiling. Double-click it to enter.
- Note: The portal can be difficult to see, it looks like a black swirling mist on the ceiling.
Kill the Shadow Cyst, and loot a Boney Lump of Flesh (key) from its corpse (Drops 10 keys).
Use the Boney Lump of Flesh to open the Fleshy Trove on the ledge nearby. It contains the Shield of Isin Dule and a Fleshy Lump.

You give Bretself the Translator Fleshy Lump.
Bretself the Translator tells you, "Ugh! Another of these lumps? Even worse, this ones still squirming! Still... this is fascinating."
Bretself the Translator tells you, "This seems to be orders to the Shadows under Isin Dule's command. Oh my, he raised a Shadow Spire? He's ordering his forces to stop some High Archon of the Raven Hand. Here, take a look."
Bretself the Translator gives you Isin Dule's Orders.
