- Wield requires level 160
- Bonus to Mana Conversion: +15% (+26%)
- Damage bonus for Piercing war spells:
- vs. Monsters: +20% (+27%)
- vs. Players: +10% (+13.5%)
- This item cannot be sold.
- Spellcraft: 475

- Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.
- A ghostly blue casting staff, bound to your soul.
Notes
- One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by adding a Spectral Binding Stone sold by Hurnmel the Smith in Graveyard to a Spectral Staff (Casting). If you have one of the bugged versions from when it first came out, you can give it to the Jester for a new version.
- Note that some spectral weapons lose their 160+ req when made soul bound, this isn't one of them, it retains a 160 req.
