The ancient, ruined Gardens of Menilesh. Currently Lord Rytheran can be found here. Speak to either Lacarra Avanthi at 61.8S 51.3W or Zho Heishan at 61.9S 51.4W, both in Wai Jhou to be flagged for access. Be sure you pick the one allied with the faction you are sympathetic to, you cannot switch after speaking to one of them.
