Your level must be at least 90 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Lesser Flange Aegis, Lesser Lance Aegis, Hematic Verdure, Messenger's Stride Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 210 Spellcraft: 600 Mana: 960 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds. Spell Descriptions: Lesser Flange Aegis (Reduces damage the target takes from Bludgeoning by 45%.) Lesser Lance Aegis (Reduces damage the target takes from Piercing by 45%.) Hematic Verdure (Increases maximum health by 25 points.) Messenger's Stride (Increases the target's Run skill by 30 points. Additional spells can be layered over this)
