Walk Through

1. Speak to the listed NPC in your Faction Stronghold in the east wing.

2. Kill Blessed Moars on Freebooter Isle to get 30 Glowing Moar Glands, the drop rate is fairly high (30% or so). Note that several Blessed Moars usually spawn when using a Glowing Jungle Lily, but once you complete that task you cannot use the lilies to spawn creatures, so you may want to wait to talk to the NPCs until you have completed both tasks.
3. Return to the NPC in your Faction Stronghold for the reward of 4 Trade Tokens and 20 Commendation Ribbons.
