Bonus to Melee Defense: +17% Your base Crossbow must be at least 360 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Mucor Jolt, Atlan's Alacrity, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will, Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 250 Spellcraft: 800 Mana: x/3000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.
