- Originally dropped by Raiders found near the Underground City portal on the Isle of Tears, now found in the Northern Pyramid in Patriarch's Valley
- Turn the stones in to the Royal Scout (originally just the one at the Isle of Tears)
- Turn in 30 to the Royal Scout for the title "Hero of Woe".
- Turn in 90 total to the Royal Scout for the title "Warrior of Woe".
- Stack Size is 30. The Royal Scout takes all the stones out of your inventory when you hand them in so there is no point is getting more than 30 at a time.
