A simple wand has been carved into the metal.

- The spell overrides Nuhmudira's Blessing (VII) or lower, and is overridden by Incantation of Mana Conversion Mastery Self (VIII). At low levels of mana conversion skill this means the necklace can be a detriment rather than a bonus.
