- Located at 6.5N, 43.9E, near Lytelthorpe, there is a portal (Haunted Mansion) in the west wing of the Facility Hub.
- Contains several spooky features including an Apparition, a Roaming Apparition and Hanging Apparitions.
- Frest Greelving's Chest is located in the upper bedroom of the mansion.
- Provides access to Frest Greelving's Dungeon.
