Enter this dungeon via a trap door in the floor of the house in the middle of Fort Witshire.
This dungeon is the headquarters of Martine's plot to kill Borelean Strathelar. At the bottom is Dranith Menacet, a named Hollow Minions that drops Menacet's Orders, which is the final item needed in the Elysa's Favor quest. .
