The radius and ulna of a Lord of Decay, twisted together into an atlatl and enhanced by Belinda du Loc. Special Properties: Armor Cleaving Damage Bonus: 4 Damage Modifier: +130%. Speed: Fast (20) Range: 65 yards Uses Thrown Weapon Skill Uses atlatl darts as ammunition. Bonus to Defense: +10.0% Casts the following spells: Defender IV, Blood Drinker V, Thrown Weapons Mastery Self IV, Coordination Self IV Activation Requirements: Thrown Weapons: 270 Spellcraft: 250 Mana: 1000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 40 seconds.
