This dungeon played a major role in the Live Event of Ashes and Dust in which Antius Blackmoor died.
Since this patch, the restriction is 80+.
The dungeon gives access to the Commander's Quarters (100+), where Commander Kurth was beaten during above mentioned Live Event.
