A Ruschk Encampment in the Shattered Outlands. The Coordinates given by Commander Rylane di Cinghalle are slightly off.
Route
- From Eastwatch, run west to the pass at 93N 47W and the Encampent is in the valley at 95.2N, 42.3W.
