Quest Overview
- Though there are two NPCs to hand the Totem, this is not a faction-type quest. You can repeat the quest after 6 days (need to speak to the NPCs again to be flagged for the dungeon), and get the reward/title from the other NPC.
Walk Through
- Talk to Kalakh at 94.0N, 45.9W or Arialle du Bellenesse (93.2N, 48.2W) in the Shattered Outlands
- Route: From the Town Network, take the south (Annex) wing to Eastwatch.
- Travel to the Temple of the Black Spear at 95.3N, 52.2W (The coords given by Kalakh are slightly off)
- Make your way to the end of the dungeon, generally speaking, down is good.
- Retrieve the Black Spear Ice Totem, it is past the large room with the exit portal
- Return the Totem to either Kalakh or Arielle for your reward

You give Kalakh Black Spear Ice Totem.
The Ruschk looks at the Totem with obvious contempt, and drops it unceremoniously in his pouch. Then, with a look which seems to beam with pride, he claps you on the back. With obvious effort, he speaks in a barely audible whisper.
