The fourth dungeon for the Caul Recall quest.
You will get here by the Caul Asylum, the Caul Athenaeum and the Caul Sanitorium.
At the end, you will find the portal to Aerbax's Anteroom.
There are lots of spawn traps in the dungeon.
To proceed, you need a lot of lever pulling (see map).
You will need the Asylum Chest Key (Auditor) dropped by The Auditor to get the final reward.
