- Random trophy dropped by Infused Blood Golems and the Infused Empyrean Blood Golem that spawn in the upper level dungeons of Bur.
- Does not stack.
- Can be carved with the Intricate Carving Tool using lockpick skill into a Skeletal Falatacot Keyring for Skeletal Falatacot Keys.
- It is currently not accepted by any collector NPCs.
