The dungeons only spawned the Matrons after one in the lower level dungeon was killed. Only after getting through the exit portal, you were flagged to enter [[Asheron's Castle]]. The Matron Hive West was located at 19.3S, 72.6E, restricted level 60-79, and was later moved to the town of [[Uziz]] with the level restriction being changed to 90+.
