Introduced:

A Reign of Stone

Can be obtained through various ways:
- At the Dens of Iniquity
- By giving a Black Luster Pearl to an Agent of the Arcanum
- By completing Death's Allure and receiving it as a random reward.
It is one of the items used to purchase a Mansion.
Existing Golden Gromniess that were discolored after the Throne of Destiny event can be given to an Arcanum Refurbisher for repair.

When Ulgrim's own version was added, a bug allowed it to be picked up.
It was later given a unique description when the bug was fixed:
One of a limited number of Golden Gromnies "borrowed" from Ulgrim.
The borrowed version cannot be placed on house hooks and can also not be repaired at Arcanum Refurbisher if it has been discolored.
