Description
An area located on the western edge of the Obsidian Plains near Wai Jhou.
Primarily a waypoint for players wanting to access the Obsidian Plains via a Black Hill portal, or to access the base of the Plains or Wai Jhou via the Small Black Hill portal located on Black Hill.
There is also a tower here, often called the Lich Tower, that is known for being one of the highest accessible points in Dereth.
Route
- Take Zaikhal portal in Arwic sub/hub
- Take Danby's Outpost portal at 16.6N, 1.6W
- Take Desert March Portal at 22.9N, 28.8W
- Run to the Black Hill portal at the bottom of the dungeon using these instructions:
- - North out of starting room
- - East at T junction
- - North out of every room that spawns Tumeroks
- - East out of every room that spawns Drudges
- - South at T junction to arrive at Black Hill portal

- There's usually a group of various creatures, around the 100-130 level range, surrounding the Small Black Hill portal.
