Lou Ei will tell about a band of Drudges that have stolen her bracelet and taken it to a Small Cave nearby at 9.8S, 48.0E.
Retrieve Lou Ei's Bracelet and return it to Lou Ei for the Writings.
Hand the Writings to Dai Ya the Scholar in Yanshi 12.0S, 42.6E for your rewards.
