General

The world of Bur opened up by a live event during Bridging the Vast Divide.

A portal to Bur can be found at 67.4N 30.5E. A shortcut is to take the Glystaene Cottages settlement portal (8.8N 60.9E) out of Rithwic, which drops you at 64.1N 29.6E. You must be flagged to enter the portal.
To gain access to Bur and therefore Kor-Gursha, a character must first complete the upper or lower Bur Flagging quests (Asheron's Departure Lower for 1-79 or Asheron's Departure for 80+).
Completing a series of quests (Asheron's Departure, Saving Asheron, then Bur Recall) for a recall spell that drops the caster at the western end of the Bur city of Kor-Gursha.
