This quest was one of the "appetizers" in the The Rise of the New Singularity Story Arc.

Walkthrough & Notes

Kill the Rifts outside the dungeon until you get a message saying you feel changed.
Enter the mostly linear dungeon, do not jump into any pits
Kill Dirrich, the Warden, loot the Shackles of Obedience and an Obsidian Shard from his corpse.
Bring the Shard to Diyas al-Yat to get it translated and receive Dirrich's Journal
