That's a good point, I need to add that information. The thing is that the timer only starts the first time you kill something that could drop a rare. So if you log in a five year old mule that has never killed anything and then kill something, the timer starts at that moment (and so in two months if you kill something again, there's a 100% chance of getting a rare).
