Location where the Council of Five set their trap for Ilservian Palacost, destroyed during the Third Sending of Darkness.[1][2] This created the Obsidian Plains, therefore indicating where the Lyceum used to be located.[3] It is probably not the same place as the Singularity Bore.[4]
Named after, maybe founded by the Haebrous King Jailne??
