A spellcasting baton crafted by Silveran smiths, once commissioned by Varicci on Ispar for the Royal Armory.

Special Properties: Biting Strike

Bonus to Defense Skill: +0% (+17%)
Bonus to Magic Defense: +2.5%
Bonus to Mana Conversion: +15% (+26%)
Damage bonus for Slashing war spells:
vs. Monsters: +10.0% (+17.0%)
vs. Players: +2.5% (+4.3%)

You must be at least level 100 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Futility, Mystic's Blessing, Cragstone's Will, Infected Spirit Caress

Spellcraft: 400
Mana: 5000
Mana Cost: 1 point per 20 seconds.

Spell Descriptions:

Futility (Decreases the target's Magic Defense skill by 40 points.)
Mystic's Blessing (Increases a magic casting implement's mana conversion bonus by 70%.)
Cragstone's Will (Increases the Melee Defense skill modifier of a weapon or magic caster by 17%.)
Infected Spirit Caress (Increases the elemental damage bonus of an elemental magic caster by 7%.)
