Introduced: The Widening Gyre	Previous Event - All Live Events - Next Event

Summary

Event to defeat the rogue Virindi Director, Levistras, who sought to create a New Singularity in Dereth.
Played out like the current quest, New Singular Repositories, except with Levistras as the final boss instead of the New Singularity Director.
He dropped the Shroud of Levistras, a unique one-per-server reward.
