"As the skies continue to be tainted by the purple hue of portal space, the Virindi rebels under Levistras have reinforced their forces to claim Dereth as their own. Opposing forces, loyal to the Directive principles all Virindi have followed until now, have done the same, hampering the efforts of the rebels. The loyalists have begun diverting shipments of Quiddity Ingots, intended for the rebels' Tumerok minions, to Isparian settlements. At the same time, those loyal to the Directive have summoned more forces to Dereth, including powerful Virindi Inquisitors, in the hopes of bringing all the rebels in line with the will of the Quiddity."
* The raids could happen anywhere in Dereth including places such as the Shendolain Vault, Mosswart Hideout and even in the Singularity Bore.
* The ingots and the weapons became available once again via a fixed quest during the Persuasion event. See the Quiddity Weapons Quest for details.

Event Trigger Mystery
Creatures
During the event and several months after, players attempted to work out what exactly caused the Virindi raids to appear. The raids could happen anywhere in Dereth including places such as Shendolainn Vault, Moss Hideout and even in the Bore Dungeon.

The Raids also took into account location in spawning creatures. (i.e. On Aerlinthe, a raid spawns Hollows and Executors, in Cragstone, a raid spawns Dolls and Marionettes).

However, off-the-record confirmation was made in an interview with AC Dev Ken Troop: "The Quiddity raids are not currently going on in game. Quiddity Ingots will probably reappear in Dereth at some point, though."

The ingots and the weapons became available once again via a fixed quest during the Persuasion event. See the Quiddity Weapons Quest for details.
