Quest Overview

• Bring some Sturdy Iron Keys with you on this quest if you want to get some Nanner Island Portal Gems.

Walk Through

1. From Oolutanga's Refuge, enter the Tusker Assault dungeon at 3.9S, 84.2E.
   • Shortcut: Use a Dangerous Portal Device to quickly reach the western island where the dungeon is found.
2. From the drop, take the west ramp down, then head north. Take your first left, then take the first ramp down to the East.
3. At the bottom of the ramp, head south until you reach a large room with lots of tuskers and The Painbringer. Kill him and loot Painbringer's Head form his corpse.
4. Kill Assault Guards until you find a Rusted Brass Key, then take the down ramp behind the invisible entrance on the South wall.
5. Continue heading south until you reach a small room with an NPC named Jonas. Hand him the Rusted Brass Key to free him from his chains and earn 50,000,000 xp.
6. Hand Jonas Sturdy Iron Keys for a random chance to receive Nanner Island Portal Gems. There is no timer on this portion of the quest.
7. Return to Oolutanga's Refuge, and hand Painbringer's Head to Brighteyes, the Tailor at 2.2N 95.6E to receive the Staff of the Painbringer!

• During the Learning From Experience event, the xp reward for freeing Jonas was increased from 3,000,000 to 50,000,000.
