Olthoi North is a location in the North Eastern mountains of Dereth. The central Point of Interest in the area is the Tent, located at 43.8N 54.9E.

- The fastest route to the heart of Olthoi North is to take the Far Claw Villas portal (32.9N 59.4E) from Arwic, and run to 43.8N 54.9E.
- During the Corrupted Sovereigns event, Olthoi North became infested with Paradox Olthoi.
