Olthoi North is the area of northeastern Osteth surrounded by the Lost Wish Mountain Range. It is listed as a level 40-80 hunting area on the Dereth Spawn Distribution Map.

During the Corrupted Sovereigns event, Olthoi North became infested with Paradox Olthoi.
